FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

* Where is the venue located?

Address: 543 Atlantic Ave, Rochester, NY 14609
- We are in a plaza, parking lot is off of Culver Road

* What are your hours of operation

We are only open for events, keep up to date on what's coming up on our website & social media

* Where can I park?

We have a large parking lot attached, available for all patrons to use

* Can I leave my car overnight?

Yes, if you don't feel comfortable driving yourself home at the end of the night we encourage you to call an Uber/Lyft/etc and leave your car in our lot overnight

* Is the venue handicap/wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we are fully handicap & wheelchair accessible. There are ramps to get onto the sidewalk in front of entrance. there are also ramps inside to get from the bar area to the dance floor.
- We are generally a Standing Room space, but if you need a chair and there isn't any left, please let a member of our staff know and we'd be happy to bring one out for you from the back

* What is the age restriction? Do I need ID to enter?

Age restriction depends on the event, please pay attention to what is listed for that night. Typically we are Ages 18+, but we often have some Ages 21+ only events as well. Proper ID is always requied for entry
- If you lost your ID, please reach out to us and we can discuss what you have to see if it can suffice for entry

* Is there a dress code?

Feel free to wear anything you'd like, all are welcome! Feel free to dress up as well!
- No discriminatory attire allowed
- No inflatable costumes allowed (safety regulations)
- Weapons are never allowed, weapon props as part of a costume are also not allowed

* Are purses/bags allowed?

No Bags & No Purses - CLEAR BAGS ONLY. Your bag/purse will not be allowed to be brought in - unless it is clear
- There is no size restriction on clear bags, but the bag must be completely clear & its contents will be searched

* Is there a smoking area? Re-Entry?

We have an outdoor smoking area, you are welcome to bring your drinks out to our smoking area as well.
- There is No Re-Entry for our events, if you need assistance with this please let our security know

* Can I go backstage? I know the person performing

No, only venue staff, production crew, & band members may go backstage. If a member of the staff/production would like someone else backstage we must be told about that ahead of time

* Can I rent the venue for my own event?

Yes, we would love to talk to you about hosting your event here! We can be rented out for Weddings, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Fundraisers, Concerts, etc. For room rates & hospitality packages please email Greg Burt at: GregPhotoCity@Gmail.com

* Do you serve food/drinks?

We do not serve food. We do allow most food to be brought in, feel free to have food delivered if you are getting hungry at an event
- We serve a variety of drinks at the bar, along with some great themed drink specials that change every show! We do not allow any drinks to be brought in

* Do you have a coat check?

We do not have a coat check, but we do have a coat rack you are welcome to use

* Do you take card or cash at the door/bar?

Both, we can take cash, card, or anything that has a tap at the door or bar

* Do you have a Lost & Found?

We do not have a Lost & Found. While we often hold onto anything we find for a little while just in case, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items brought into the venue. Feel free to reach out if you are missing something and we will check to see if it was found
